Swap
Step 1
Click the "Trade" button on the top left menu bar.
Step 2
Select or type into the field the tokens you would like to trade. In this example I have selected USDC as what I want to "Pay"/sell and NIOX as what I want to "Receive."
Enter the amount you would like to Pay/Sell on the left.
Select the network on which you want to complete the trade, here I have selected the Polygon Network.
Step 3
Click the "Confirm" button to approve the transaction
Step 4
Approve the tokens in your metamask
Wait for it, to Approve the transaction.
Step -5
Now Select 'TRADE' to continue to swap.

Confirm the trade on metamask
Cross-chain Swap
Step 1
Click the "Trade" button on the top left menu bar.
Step 2
Similar to making a Trade on the same network, Smartdex makes it simple and easy to do cross-chain swaps as well.
Enter the amount you would like to Pay/Sell on the left.
Step 3
Select the network on which you want to complete the trade, here I have selected to "Pay" 1 WETH on the Polygon Network and Receive USDC on the Binance Smart Chain.
Step 4
Now you will see the options and routes you can trade. As we can see the best offer is to Route through Polygon as it will save us money at this time over routing through the Ethereum network.
Step 5
Click the Confirm Button in your MetaMask to give Smartdex permission to access your funds for the swap. Once you click Confirm, wait for the transaction to complete.
Step 6
Click "Bridge" to initiate the swap on Smartdex and once again in Metamask to complete the exchange.
